Mediation Services

CERTIFIED FAMILY COURT MEDIATOR I can help you mediate a divorce or custody case so that you can avoid the time and expense of a trial.  Another benefit of mediation is that you get to actively participate in shaping your settlement so it better suits your needs.

CERTIFIED CIVIL COURT MEDIATOR

"A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush."  Nothing could be truer when you consider the risks of taking a personal injury or auto accident case to trial.  Why risk losing everything when you can often settle and gain access to your money sooner?  Let me help you mediate your case.

Real Estate Closings

Let us help you with the purchase or refinance of your home.  Buying a home is a big and exciting step, but you need to make sure that you are protected from the various issues that can arise with real estate transactions.  Buying land is vastly different from buying other consumer goods.  For example, if the seller has a tax lien filed against him at the courthouse, that tax lien would "attach" to the real property and if it was not satisfied by the seller or released prior to closing, then it would become the new owner's responsibility to pay for and clear up.  This is why a title search is so imporant.  With over 18 years of experience, we can help guide you through the process to avoid those and other types of issues that can arise.
